Shipping Policy

We ship across the US. Shipping times vary denpending on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 10 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

All items in store may take 1 to 3 business days to process. Please add processing time to your shipping estimate.

Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

For items out of stock, it typically takes 10-15 working days to make, and about 10 working days to deliver. Delivery time may change due to locations. If you need items shown on the website but out of stock, please contact us at info@hlnind.com

Refunds Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at   info@hlnind.com as long as it has not been shipped.

Return or Resend

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@hlnind.com immediately. Please note that returns may incur charges. For items that have been used, installed, tested, or are faulty, these will either be replaced or repaired under warranty and redelivered at our cost. However, any item returned under warranty found to have no issues will require payment for redelivery and the labour costs for testing.
